1. Scope and acceptance of this Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice applies to the personal information that we collect about you for the purposes of providing you with the travel products and services we offer.

By using Executive Resources Inc. sites or by giving us your personal information, you accept the practices described in this Privacy Notice. If you do not agree to this Privacy Notice, please do not use our sites or give us any personal information.

Executive Resources Inc. reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Notice at any time. We encourage you to regularly review it to make sure you are aware of any changes and how your personal information may be used.

2. Information collected by Executive Resources Inc.

We may collect personal information about you from a variety of sources: online and electronic interactions with us (including this website, messaging programs, and our pages on third-party social networks such as Facebook); offline interactions (including direct marketing campaigns, registration cards, competition entries, and contact through our telephone lines and offices); and your interaction with online content, such as advertisements, that we or service providers on our behalf provide to you via third-party websites or applications.

Information you provide to us directly may include:

• Personal contact information — name, home or email address, and phone number;
• Demographic information — date of birth, age, gender, location, dietary and other travel-related preferences, and household or lifestyle information;
• Payment information — such as card details and billing address, used to process purchases;
• Financial or professional information required by embassies for visa applications — e.g. Income Tax Return, marriage or birth certificate, employment certificate, DTI business permit;
• Account login information, where an account is offered;
• Consumer feedback — comments, suggestions and testimonials about our products and services;
• Consumer-generated content — photos, videos and stories you choose to share with us.

3. Children's personal information

Executive Resources Inc. does not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children below the age of 12. If we discover that we have accidentally collected personal information from a child below 12, we will remove that child's personal information from our records as soon as reasonably possible. We may, however, collect personal information about children below 12 from a parent or custodian directly, with their explicit consent.

4. Why we collect personal information and how we use it

Executive Resources Inc. collects and uses personal information only as necessary for the purposes for which it was obtained, including:

• Travel-related services — booking flights, hotel accommodation, tours, transfers, visas and related products. We work with third-party partners (airlines, hotels, tour and transport companies, foreign embassies) to provide these services, and we recommend that you read their policies too;
• Consumer service — responding to your inquiries, complaints and feedback, in person or via email, letter, telephone or chat;
• Consumer engagement and personalisation — improving our products and websites and tailoring them to your needs;
• Marketing communications — where you have opted in to receive them, via SMS, email, online advertising or post;
• Other specific business purposes — maintaining the day-to-day operation and security of our sites, conducting demographic studies or audits, and consumer research.

5. Sharing of personal information

Executive Resources Inc. does not share your personal information with any third party that intends to use it for direct marketing purposes, unless you have provided specific consent.

You are afforded rights in relation to your personal information under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, including the right to access, correction, and objection to processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
