The brief: A golden-anniversary cruise for the grandparents — with two toddlers, a wheelchair, three dietary regimes, and four households booking from three time zones.
What we did: One coordinator on our side, one on theirs. We held adjoining cabins near the elevator, arranged the wheelchair-friendly shore excursions in advance, filed all eleven Schengen applications in one batch, and had the ship's maître d' briefed on the allergies before boarding.

The brief: Sales-club winners announced late, passports in four states of readiness, finance demanding one invoice, and a CEO who wanted the awards night to feel nothing like a company outing.
What we did: Group air block held on day two, a visa desk sweep of all sixty passports by day ten, a scouted resort buyout with the awards dinner staged on the beach — and our staff on the ground for all four days, so HR was a guest too.
